About Spiral Trail
Spiral Trail is a place for thinking out loud about what it means to live a meaningful life when things aren’t simple, linear, or easy.
I write about the patterns underneath everyday experience—growth that winds out of sight and seems to cover the same ground over and over, clarity that comes and goes, and the quiet work of becoming more of yourself over time. A lot of this is shaped by lived experience, along with an ongoing interest in philosophy, mythology, parenting, gardening, and the ways people try to make sense of being human.
This isn’t a space for polished answers or life advice. It’s a space for noticing, questioning, and returning—again and again—to what feels true. For learning how to walk well, even if we don’t know exactly where we’re going.
If you find yourself circling the same questions, or trying to live with more integrity in a complicated life, you’re probably in the right place.
